Rich Pollard
Originally from Upstate New York, Rich came out to the area
about 19 years ago. Rich is married to Sarah (Strunk)
Pollard, and together they have 3 great kids, Stephanie,
Corey, and Chad. Rich says that his family is totally
cool with him playing "in a band" and being a part time
professional musician, which makes it a lot easier and more
fun. Rich and his family now reside in Watervliet
MI. Rich has been fortunate enough to have played with some
great musicians and bands. Some of the bands he has played
with include "What About Bob", "Blindsided" and now
"Impulse". While playing with these bands Rich had the
pleasure of opening for some national acts such as "The
Beach Boys", "Three Dog Night" and "Foghat". Rich has met some fantastic musicians along
the way and has made some very good friends. While his
musical taste varies, Rich mainly likes the 80s bands and a
lot of today's Alternative and Christian Contemporary music.
Rich plays a Fender Jazz Bass and uses Ampeg Amplification.
